This very popular speckled, all-purpose body is moderately groggy with 20% added grog with particles up to 0.5mm. Useful firing range is 1000C to 1250C.
Fired colours are ochres and biscuit.
Total shrinkage at 1150C is 12%. At 1250C 13%
Water absorption at 1150C is 4.5% at 1250C it is 1.8%
