Studio Membership

2 Months Minimum

NZ$95.00

Pottery Embassy Membership is designed for makers who are ready to deepen their ceramic practice within a supportive, community-centred studio environment. Whether you’re creating for personal fulfilment or laying the groundwork for a ceramics business, this membership offers the space, structure, and consistency to support your next stage of growth.

Pottery Embassy is shaped by its community and guided by values of care, generosity, and shared creativity. Membership contributions help sustain the studio as a collective resource. Supporting the people who run it, maintaining accessible ceramic facilities for members and students, and enabling programs that reach beyond the studio walls. Together, these contributions help build greater access to the arts.

This is a flexible, self-directed membership suitable for both wheel throwing and hand-building. Members receive one full day of studio access each week (Thursdays), with a thoughtfully equipped workspace that allows you to work independently and at your own pace. Everything is set up so you can focus on making.

Production potters are welcome as part of our making community; however, members are required to have access to their own kiln.

This membership is best suited to makers who have completed approximately 4–6 months of classes and are ready for greater independence, regular studio time, and a more self-led rhythm of making within a shared creative space.
